Bill Liu is a global executive, marketer, educator, entrepreneur, and philanthropist.
With a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Bill worked as an R&D scientist for 10 years. After his MBA from Kellogg, Bill worked for PwC before co-founding NaviAsia. Currently, Bill is the President of NaviAsia Advisors, helping companies with their China strategies, financial management, and M&A. Bill earned the Top China Consultant honor by Crain’s Chicago Business. He has helped clients via strategy formulation, cost control, sales, and marketing. His clients' companies range in annual sales from $3B to under $100M.
In addition to his own company, Bill is the founding senior advisor of Western Suburban Angel. Bill also shares his marketing experiences with young entrepreneurs via teaching Marketing at Sofia University's MBA program. Bill is the North America Executive Director of Hurun Report, the authority on China's wealth.
